The Application Process:
The funding application can be downloaded by clicking the link below. Prior to applying with us, it is recommended to first contact us via phone or e-mail. There are specific qualification guidelines that our funders look for. Below are the basic minimum qualifications for our Merchant Cash Advance, which is the easiest to qualify for. Generally the approval guidelines for Business Development Loans and Jumbo Cash Advances are more rigorous, and the Restaurant Grand Opening Cash Advance is unique. Please contact us to discuss your business’ qualifications.
• Generally the business needs to be in operation at least 9 months
• Credit score of 500 or better for approval. No outstanding liens. No open bankruptcies
• Must be processing at least $5000 per month in visa/mc sales
• If your business has an existing cash advance – your new cash advance must go toward paying off your existing cash advance, and any remaining balance will go to you.
• Must not be more than 1 month behind with landlord
• Must have 9+ months left on their lease
• If you have a tax lien or judgment, you must be in compliance (we will need to provide proof).
• Over $50,000 requested requires financials – tax returns, YTD, Balance Sheet

1) Merchant Application properly completed including:
a) Minimum 6 months V/MC statements
b) Voided check
c) 4 months most recent Bank statements
2) Copy of Business License OR Articles of Incorporation.
3) Legible photocopy of Owner’s (authorized signer’s) Driver’s License.
4) Require YTD P&L, last years P&L, Balance Sheet, and 2 years Tax Returns for loan requests of $50,000 and over.
